Okotoks, Alberta is located approximately
fifteen minutes south of Calgary’s city limits, along the Sheep River in the heart
of Alberta’s foothills. To the west are majestic mountain ranges that flank the
vibrant town of about twenty-five thousand residents. From 2006 to 2011,
Okotoks was voted Canada’s 10th fastest-growing community with a 42.9%
population growth.

The town thrives on a flourishing beef
processing industry as well as commercial and home businesses. The town also
manages its own logistics and core facilities including hospitals, schools,
transportation, finance, insurance, and others. Residential and industrial
growth has been unprecedented since 2011 with construction values totaling $78
million.
